:: RETURN POLICY
- All sales are final. No refunds will be given without a return authorization from MidAmerica Wholesale. In certain circumstances, in-store credit may be given for online purchases only, if determined by MidAmerica Wholesale.
- MidAmerica Wholesale will not be responsible for postage on returned items, unless the item is found to be defective.
- We will not accept returns without written authorization from MidAmerica Wholesale. If an item is found to be defective due to a manufacturers defect or damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately so we can issue a return authorization. Defective items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we pack our items carefully to avoid spoilage and breakage. When you receive your package, please check your order as soon as possible. If your package is damaged upon receipt, please hold on to the box and all of it's contents and contact us immediately. UPS may contact you and want to see the box and it's original contents.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items that are in working condition. No refunds will be given for opened items
- A customer's check that is returned for any reason such as insufficient funds or stopped, will be responsible for the bank fees of $30.
- International orders are not currently accepted. We do not accept international credit cards as form of payment. Credit cards need to be issued from a US Bank.
